Join us to create a beautiful centerpiece for your Thanksgiving table using pumpkins. Paint your pumpkin, decoupage leaves or flowers, or use hot glue to attach holiday decor. Pumpkins, some paints, and decoupage paste are provided. Bring any supplies that you would like to decoupage, a snack to share, and your own beverage (no adult beverages please). HOF STRATEGY LUNCH: October 13th, following Sunday service. Pizza Lunch. – Strategy Lunches are a time of equipping, informing, and strategizing as a church body. For this meeting we plan to watch a session from the ‘Be Bold for Jesus’ Conference. We are planning to purchase the streaming package of this conference. The Youth will be viewing the Youth portion during service that Sunday. Those who would like to stay longer that day may watch more than one session. We have viewing privileges for seven days, so we may offer another viewing opportunity that week if there is interest. (Please plan to contribute for the pizza lunch. If you would like, bring a desert to share.)

Randal and Candice began full time ministry in 1997 and were appointed to serve in Africa in 2010. Their initial assignment included serving at a Wesleyan Bible College in eSwatini and working with pastoral leadership in Zimbabwe. In 2016 Randal began serving as theological education consultant for Global Partners Africa Area. They continue to serve a maturing African church through the critical need of developing pathways for training pastors and leaders who serve God and their communities. Their vision is to see the potential of the African church unleashed through the power of the Holy Spirit, transforming lives and the world for the glory of God.

Gather at Q’emlin Park in Post Falls, near the large pavilion, to be witness to the commitment that fellow Christians are making to follow Christ. Following the Baptism, we will celebrate with cake and join in with Praise in the Park 2024.

Over the past twenty years Luke has performed more than 2000 concerts throughout the US. At 18 he started touring with the Nationally recognized gospel music men’s vocal band, New Legacy Project [formerly known as the Blackwood Legacy], and was mentored by the popular Gospel Music Hall of Fame Member, Rick Price. 

During his career Luke has also teamed up with local musicians and national acts such as James Otto and Keith Anderson! Wherever he goes, he carries the light of the Lord in him.

Luke has been in and out of recording studios from Nashville to LA. He is a gifted musician, singer, writer, arranger, producer and engineer. His passion for music and his love of the Lord makes him more than a performer… He is an evangelist with a call to share the Gospel good news through music and testimony. Collette Nybakken is getting ready to start her first term as a long-term missionary in Cambodia. She will be sharing with us the responsibilities and duties of her service along with information about the church in Cambodia. We will have the opportunity to encourage, pray for, and support Collette as she makes preparations for this exciting journey.

Come celebrate the Resurrection of our Lord Jesus! Enjoy fellowship, hot beverages, and pastries at 10:30. At 10:45 we will celebrate with music, inspirational teaching, and communion. Hope you can join us!

Join us on Good Friday as we remember Christ’s suffering on our behalf. Take some time through the morning hours for introspection and fasting. Then join us to view “The Passion of the Christ” film, followed by worship and communion. It’s Friday, but Sunday is coming!!

Join us as we celebrate the birth of our Savior! Refreshments served at 10:30, service at 10:45. Christmas carols, candlelight, and devotional reflections will touch your heart and draw you into the Spirit of Christmas.

Plan to stay after church to enjoy HOF family fellowship. For lunch, we will order pizza (please plan to donate $), and bring your favorite holiday cookies or candies to share. I love ‘swap’ gift exchanges, so let’s have one! Bring a wrapped white elephant (used), or Dollar (1.24 😊) Store, item. Make it as silly as you want and spend little to no money. It is fun to see what is behind that wrapping and then have sanctioned theft, as we steal our favorite items. All in lighthearted fun of course! 😊 Please bring games. Mexican Train Dominos anyone?

Parents, this is your chance to check some items off of your Christmas to-do list while your children are hearing the Christmas story, singing carols, making crafts, and snacking on Christmas cookies. See the Bible come to life. Gain an appreciation for Bible history and culture while cultivating a deeper understanding of the Sanctuary and the plan of salvation. Following Sunday Service on the 27th of August, we will meet for lunch at Elmer’s on Appleway then travel to the Messiah’s Mansion Tour, scheduled at 3:00. The tour lasts approximately one hour and 15 minutes. Messiah’s Mansion is scheduling tours in Hayden from August 26th through September 3rd.
