Randal and Candice began full time ministry in 1997 and were appointed to serve in Africa in 2010. Their initial assignment included serving at a Wesleyan Bible College in eSwatini and working with pastoral leadership in Zimbabwe. In 2016 Randal began serving as theological education consultant for Global Partners Africa Area. They continue to serve a maturing African church through the critical need of developing pathways for training pastors and leaders who serve God and their communities. Their vision is to see the potential of the African church unleashed through the power of the Holy Spirit, transforming lives and the world for the glory of God.
